The Start

Butternut and sweet potato soup served with warm ciabatta

Chicken liver and chorizo paté with toast and dressed leaves

Smoked mackerel, shredded beetroot and new potato salad with horseradish dressing

The Middle

Traditional roast Norfolk turkey, pig in a blanket, cranberry relish with seasonal trimmings

Slow braised venison, caramelised shallots, bacon and port, served with creamed mash

Fillet of smoked haddock on spinach mash with crayfish cream

Parsnip, cranberry & chestnut loaf with seasonal trimmings

The End

Traditional Christmas pudding served warm with brandy sauce

Vanilla crème brulée

Sherry trifle

Cafetière coffee available served with mince pie £2.50 p p

Lunches served 12.30 – 2.30pm, £20.00 p.p.
Evenings served 6.00 – 8.30pm, £25.00 p.p.
